Personal Training
All our personalized training begins with the assessment of the athlete. Our goal
is to gain a fundamental understanding of the athlete’s current condition. We do
this by utilizing a series of tests that focus on the strength of the athlete’s
legs – the foundation of all sport’s related movement.

- Running
Through providing this foundation we offer the assurance of increased performance
and decreased risk of injury for the athlete. This is critical in moving to the
Sport Specific Phase of training.
Sport Specific Training: Often the most creative and intense, this phase replicates
specific sport demands that will be experienced by the athlete. These demands include
movement, power, speed and performance.
Group Classes
Available for $15.00 to $20.00 per hour depending
on class size.
Private Session
$60.00-$75.00
Semi Private Session
$80-$100.00 for 2 to 3 participants
